Experienced Residential Plumber

Carolina ServiceWorks is a full-service contractor serving Morehead City, Emerald Isle, and surrounding North Carolina communities. The company provides construction, remodeling, plumbing, HVAC, water heater services, and related home improvement work. We are looking for an experienced plumber who can handle repairs, installations, service calls, and project-based plumbing work with professionalism and reliability.

This role is for a plumber who already knows the trade and can contribute quickly. You will work on residential plumbing repairs, installations, water heaters, fixtures, pipe repair, drains, and related service work. Because Carolina ServiceWorks operates across multiple trades, candidates with HVAC or electrical experience are especially valuable.

Key responsibilities

• Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance work
• Diagnose plumbing issues and complete reliable, long-lasting repairs
• Work on water heaters, pipes, fixtures, drains, leaks, and related systems
• Support plumbing work connected to remodels, construction projects, and service calls
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Maintain job notes and complete work documentation as required
• Follow safety standards and company procedures
• Assist with related project work when experience and licensing allow 

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plumbing experience preferred; 4+ years ideal
• Strong repair, installation, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with water heaters, leak repair, pipe repair, drains, and fixtures
• HVAC or electrical experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
• Good communication and customer service skills
• North Carolina trade experience is a plus

Pay and benefits

• Full-time, W-2 position 
• Pay range: $24-$38 per hour, depending on experience and skill level
• Additional performance-based bonus opportunities may become available in the future.
